Due to our philosophy and view on human beings, we have managed to attract talents directly from universities as well as lawyers later in their career, who are not only among the theoretically most well-founded individuals in the profession, but also resourceful in other areas. Several of our lawyers have dual educations and have acquired, e.g., an MBA degree or produced a doctoral thesis.
Several of the firm’s lawyers have comprehensive authorships (publications), and a number of them have served as professors, assistant professors or lecturers at the University of Copenhagen, at Aarhus University or at Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Further, a number of the firm’s lawyers serve as director or enjoy other trusted functions in Danish or foreign companies, foundations, etc. or are actively engaged in voluntary work.
We are pleased that our colleagues have diverse interests outside the field of law and encourage this behaviour. Nielsen Nørager counts a number of able musicians in various genres, former elite sports athletes, etc. We are also delighted to maintain strong ties with colleagues who have left the firm to take up other challenges.
There are compelling reasons for the strongest legal talents to seek a career at Nielsen Nørager. However, we will not compromise on our supplementary requirements as to personal integrity and human skills.
