Litigation

Conducting litigation is an important part of Nielsen Nørager’s practice.

The firm’s lawyers frequently appear before the District Courts, the High Courts and the Copenhagen Maritime and Commercial Court, and regularly appear before the Supreme Court. Furthermore, we conduct cases before the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. We frequently conduct arbitration cases or act as arbitrators.

We are very much aware of the possibilities of resolving disputes by negotiation, mediation or conciliation.
