Jens Arnesen provides assistance within a wide range of business matters with a particular focus on start-up and commercialization of technology-based companies. Within this focus area, Jens Arnesen assists entrepreneurs, inventors, public educational institutions as well as Danish and foreign seed and venture financing companies, whereby Jens Arnesen has gained in-depth insight into capital and shareholder relations.

Jens Arnesen has considerable experience in buying and selling companies and in advising on all types of commercial contractual relationships, including research and development agreements, license agreements, agency and distribution agreements, franchise agreements and agreements on other intellectual property aspects.

Furthermore, Jens Arnesen has considerable litigation experience, including national and international arbitration, and experience in the insolvency area, where he has represented creditor interests and acted as supervisor of suspensions of payments, as trustee in bankruptcy estates and in composition and reconstruction negotiations.

Jens Arnesen was born in 1962 and graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1989.
