Privacy policy for subscribers to
newsletters

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us email here - Unsubscribe

Nielsen Nørager processes your personal data for the purpose of sending out newsletters. By signing up with your e-mail address, you consent to Nielsen Nørager collecting and processing information about you in order to send newsletters to you as a subscriber. Nielsen Nørager collects and processes the following information

  1. the email address you have entered
  2. information on which newsletters you receive

Your data will only be used to process your registration and to send you newsletters by email and will not be disclosed to third parties.

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter on our website(nnlaw.dk/nyheder-publikationer/) or by sending an email to bibliotek@nnlaw.dk to unsubscribe. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from that moment onwards.

We keep your email address as long as you are subscribed to our newsletters and we delete it from our lists again when

  • you withdraw your consent; or
  • you unsubscribe from the newsletter, or
  • we stop sending newsletters about your subscribed areas of interest; or
  • We will be notified by autoresponder that your registered email address is no longer in use

We also need to inform you that you have some rights because we have registered information about you. This follows from the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
