Niels Henrik Nielsen advises and assists Danish and foreign clients in commercial law matters.
As a particular area of focus, he has over 30 years of experience in providing specialized advice and assistance in labor and employment law issues.
Niels Henrik Nielsen was from 2011 to 2015 appointed as a member of the Danish Bar Association's Professional Committee for Employment Law.
He is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court and has regularly conducted litigation and arbitration proceedings in both labor and employment law and other commercial law matters.
He also has experience in acting as a counsel under the Act on Commissions of Inquiry.
Niels Henrik Nielsen was born in 1966 and graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1990.
