Nielsen Nørager has a leading insurance and compensation law practice and assists Danish and foreign companies and insurance companies in compensation and insurance cases as well as arbitration cases before the Danish Court of Arbitration and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.

Nielsen Nørager advises and conducts a large number of court and arbitration cases every year within all insurance and liability cases, including in particular within professional liability and product liability.

We also advise on the regulation of the insurance industry, including cross-border insurance activities.
