Nielsen Nørager provides advice within most areas of tax law, including on general tax law issues for individuals and companies, on the tax treatment of proposed transactions and on the prevention of unfavorable tax consequences, e.g. in the interaction between contract law, company law and tax law.

Furthermore, Nielsen Nørager provides advice and assistance in cases concerning taxes, including VAT, payroll tax, excise duties and green taxes.

An important area is final assistance in tax cases before SKAT, the Tax Appeals Board, the National Tax Tribunal and the courts, including the European Court of Justice.
