Public procurement law
In the field of procurement law, we provide advice in connection with considerations on procurement, both from the contracting entity and the tenderer's side. We advise contracting entities on all stages of a procurement process, including assessing whether there is a duty to put out to tender, preparing tender documents and assessing the suitability and evaluation of tenders received. We also assist with specific project management, contract drafting and in connection with, for example, questions of access to documents. We assist tenderers in the submission and quality assurance of tenders. We also provide advice on procurement law in connection with business transfers and privatizations.
We conduct procurement cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and before the Danish courts, and we assist in such cases before the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
